Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. In case of separate cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount. Rebookings are possible upon request.

Digital content and seminars:

By accessing digital content or starting an online seminar

The statutory right of withdrawal expires (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code). A refund is then excluded.

Exceptions:

In special cases such as illness or technical problems, we will endeavor to find a more accommodating solution – e.g. in the form of an alternative date or a credit note.
